Reese Fernandez, President, Board Member, Founding Partner
An honors graduate of BS Management 2007 from the Ateneo de Manila University, Reese was one of the ten founding partners of R2R, and is one most prominent advocate for social entrepreneurship in the Philippines today.

She was also chosen as one of the 20 Global Young Social Entrepreneurs in 2008 by the International Youth Foundation, in partnership with Nokia.

Nelson Baclayo, Production Director 
A graduate of BS Architecture 1988 from the Saint Michael International Institute of Technology, Nelson handles R2R's production and product development departments.

Nelson was the Logistics and Merchandising Manager of Relzbach Ventures, Inc. in 2009. He was also the Product Development, Procurement and Quality Control, Division Manager of La Cora Creatives, Inc. from June 2006 to 2009. After more than 15 years in the bag-making and apparel industry, he joined R2R in January 2010.

Joe Mark Pardiñas, Sales and Marketing Manager
A cum laude graduate of BS Management Honors 2007 from the Ateneo de Naga University, Joe Mark handles R2R’s Sales and Marketing.

Joe Mark worked as an Executive Assistant to the President at Enjoy Realty and Development Corporation - a large real estate development company in Naga city - from April 2007 to June 2009. Joe Mark's has very early stage experience in sales, marketing, and PR. He was also co-owner and co-manager of a cafe / food service company from 2004 to 2009, which generated annual revenues of approx. USD 96'000 at its peak. Joe Mark left Naga City in June 2009 to pursue new opportunities in Manila, joining R2R in July 2009.

He was also chosen as one of the MarkProf Foundation's Top 25 Marketing Management Trainees of the Philippines in 2006.

Helen Guerrero, Finance and Human Resource Officer 
A graduate of University of Pangasinan 1982, Helen handles R2R's finance and all other administrative matters.

Helen was the Accounting Manager of Mapecon Philippines, Inc. from 2008 to 2009. She also handled various positions in Montemar Beach Club, Inc. from 1997-2008. After her more than 25 years of working as an Accountant to various companies, she joined R2R in January 2010.

Jennilyn Ludovice, Community Relations Officer
A cum laude graduate of BS Management Honors 2008 from the Ateneo de Naga University, Jennilyn is responsible for overseeing the expansion of R2R into new communities in and around Metro Manila; liaising with partner organizations to identify communities' training and development needs, and subsequently formulating the policies, modules, activities, and budget to address those needs.

She is also designing the curriculum of the Rags2Riches Enterprise Activation Program (REAP), coordinating with experts and lecturers to develop content and delivery techniques that would work best for communities.

Miguel Abrera, Community Relations Officer
An AB Social Sciences 2007 graduate from the Ateneo de Manila University, Miguel visits each of R2R's communities at least once a week to communicate any updates from R2R, as well as to help resolve any issues / concerns on the community's side.

Miguel joined the Jesuit Volunteer Program between April 2007 to May 2008. He served as a youth organizer / teacher to children of farmers and fisher-folk in Samar, an impoverished province in the Visayas region. He also worked for a short time as a Program Assistant at the AIM - TEAM Energy Center for Bridging Leadership in Metro Manila before joining R2R in July 2009 as a Community Relations Officer.
